Meet Sarah Collins,
Hey there! I'm Sarah, and I'm on a mission to help women reclaim their health and vitality. As a Clinical Nutritionist (with a Bachelor's in Nutritional Medicine) and Metabolic Balance expert, I'm all about getting to the bottom of what's really going on with your hormones, reproductive health, and weight management.
Let's be real - how many times have you been told "that's just part of being a woman" when discussing your health concerns? I've been there too! My own struggles with hormones and weight taught me something crucial: every woman's body tells a different story, and cookie-cutter solutions just don't cut it.
That's why I dove deep into studying complex chronic cases and metabolism. Armed with both my clinical training and real-life experience, I help women connect the dots of their health puzzle. Think of me as your personal health detective and cheerleader rolled into one!
Food and women's health? They're my jam! I'm here to show you that those symptoms throwing your life into chaos? They're not just "something you have to live with." Using evidence-based nutrition, I'll create a plan that actually fits your life (because who needs another impossible-to-follow diet?). And as a certified Metabolic Balance practitioner, I've got some pretty amazing tools in my toolkit to help you succeed.
While I'm based in beautiful Southwest Queensland, I work with women all across Australia through online consultations. Ready to write a new chapter in your health story?

You may need supplements but we will work hard on achieving your goal without prescribing supplements. If they are needed they will be an additional cost. The supplements prescribed are specific to your presenting concerns. The supplements are of high quality and are practitioner only products that require a fully trained practitioner to prescribe them.

You will not need to have any pathology done prior to your consultation, however if you have any recent pathology tests bring them along to the consultation as they can be helpful. If any further tests are required, this will be discussed in the consultation.
